A cinematic jungle environment created using a full USD workflow in Houdini.
For this shot, I focused on building a dense, atmospheric forest path with layered vegetation, deep fog, and soft early-morning light. I wanted to capture the feeling of walking into a silent, untouched jungle where the mist hangs low and the foliage frames the path naturally.
All scattering, lighting, and lookdev were done inside Houdini. The scene was assembled using my custom vegetation scattering tool, which helped me distribute plants, trunks, and ground cover with full artistic control.
I used Blender for set dressing to refine the composition, shape the pathway, and adjust the tree silhouettes for better depth.
